We have purchased furniture from Busch's twice now. Both times the experience has been great! Andy and his dad have been super helpful and we appreciate buying furniture made in Oregon. There is tons to choose from in the store but even more special order choices. We will continue buying from them! We like shopping local and supporting local businesses in the area. This company and the building have so much history we hope they stick around for a long time.

We've lived in Oregon City for 11 years now, and are still discovering the many gems that make this a truly fantastic community. Last year (July '13) we were strolling through the summer arts fair, and were impressed by the furniture displayed at Busch.Needing a new bed, we went in and looked at the offerings. Andy took plenty of time to show us what they had and answered all our questions. We ordered a new bed frame and mattress, and were so taken with them we went back and ordered the rest of the bedroom set. A week later we changed our minds on one of the pieces and called to modify the order. No problem! Our new set is fantastic, looks great and is well made. When giving the occasional 5 cent tour to house guests, we always get compliments on our bedroom set, and our mattress is the most comfortable mattress we've ever had. After the fact I checked online, and the price we paid was better than any internet place we could find.Fast forward to this year, and we just ordered a new sectional sofa with sleeper. Tom gave us the run down on what to look for and let us choose the style, then worked with us on picking fabrics, finding an accent fabric that we loved.What else is the to say? Super friendly, funny, accommodating and knowledgeable staff. Great selection and great prices. I can honestly say they care about their customers. As mentioned in another review, quality furniture isn't cheap. We've gotten things from Ikea, but we don't expect them to last a lifetime and look great. You really do get what you pay for!

Here is the store where I finally found the firm, Flexsteel couch I've been looking for. The owners are very knowledgeable, courteous, no pressure and willing to work with us. The prices are fair and the delivery was right on time and handled professionally. I couldn't be happier.
