How long do special orders take?
This will depend on the manufacturer. Anywhere from one week to eight weeks is common.
 
Will a special order of a chair or sofa cost more?
In many cases no, with so many fabrics available there are many textiles that can cost less than the display model you may have seen on our floor.
 
Why doesn’t your store treat your upholstery with some type of fabric protection? Reading the fine print on many warranty cards will state clearly: “any additional chemical treatment will void any or all warranties.”  Further investigation will show that most of today’s fabrics have these protective properties built in, applied to the threads before they are woven into a textile.
  
How many choices of fabric do I have?
With one of our manufactures, Flexsteel they offer over 2000 different samples.
 
Is your store really 124 years old?
Yes! Our business is owned and operated by the fourth and fifth generations of the same family. Our customer service is unmatched and it shows.
